Because we value your satisfaction above all else, if in the unlikely event you are unsatisfied with your prescription eyeglasses for any reason, even a change of heart! - just return the eyeglasses and case within four weeks with a copy of the order and we will replace it with a new frame and prescription of your choosing for only 50% of the cost of the new item plus shipping and handling.

Progressive glasses

We are so confident you'll get on with them, that we'll exchange them if you don't. If you just can't adjust to your new Progressives, just send them back within 30 days and we'll replace them with either a pair of standard bifocals or two pairs of single vision glasses to your prescriptions with whatever lens treatment you choose. So now when you try our Progressive glasses we're the only ones taking a risk!
